Até chegarmos a esta complexidade de aromas e sabores, um longo percurso, por vezes muito duro, teve que ser percorrido! O elemento aglutinador e impulsionador foi sempre esta Terra, Este Vale! Uma Terra que aguentou, resistiu e superou as muitas gerações que por Ela passaram.

The centenary olive grove and the experience of many generations dedicated to olive oil and the lands of São Pedro de Vale do Conde, a priviledged place within the PDO region of Trás-os-Montes, allow the production of this Extra Virgin Olive Oil of intense aromas, fruity flavor and extreme complexity, whose quality has been highlighted by the most prestigious experts.
To reach this complexity of aromas and flavours, a long and sometimes tough journey had to be taken.
The main element has always been the Land, this Valley! A Land that has endured over the years many generations of toil and now our time has arrived!
